At Pro-Fit Deer Park, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. We understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with your personal trainer 3-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, we will tailor a program that is perfect for you.

At Pro-Fit, our independent certified trainers offer the following options:

Personal Training
Each private session are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Personal Training  is offered in both 60 and 30 minute sessions and your trainer will be right there to guide you every step of the way!
